Situated on 42 acres of beautiful gardens, the Philadelphia Zoo is home to nearly 1,300 animals, many rare and endangered. Gorillas, African lions, Amur tigers, a white rhino, giraffes and more call this oasis home. As Philadelphia’s leading cultural destination the Zoo boasts award-winning exhibits such as Zoo360, KidZooU, Big Cats Falls, McNeil Avian Center, and PECO Primate Reserve.

Philadelphia Zoo is open Wednesday through Sunday.

Advance timed reservations are required for all guests and members.

Mask Policy: While inside any building and in designated exhibits, all guests ages 2+ must wear a mask for the safety of our guests, staff and animals. Guests who are fully vaccinated will be permitted to remove their masks while outdoors.
