465 Speedwell Forge Road Lititz PA
Tucked away on an 80 plus acre tract of land in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch country, you’ll find an amazing and quietly secured home of the Wolves of Speedwell. A wolf sanctuary in PA – you got it!
For 40 years, the Darlington Family has offered refuge to gray wolves and wolf-dogs. Originally created as a private rescue, Wolf Sanctuary of PA has grown into an educational facility. We are devoted to assuring the highest quality of care and enrichment for our wolves. Here at Wolf Sanctuary of PA, wolves and wolf-dogs are given back their dignity.
All tours require a reservation. Tours and events are held outside and the walking trails are natural rocks, grass, and dirt. There is one moderately steep hill halfway through the tour so be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes.
Public Tours are held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays by reservation. Check our booking calendar for availability.
During the Public Tours, guides lead guests around to several of the packs, providing information about the wolves here as well as information about their biology and conservation. The pace of the tour is set by the guide, and all visitors must stay with their group at all times.
Private tours are also available, but at an additional cost.
